Turn right onto the A505 towards Dunstable, At first roundabout go straight on until you pass under a blue railway bridge with McDonalds on the your right, Take the next right turn after bridge, opposite the Hungry horse pub into Dukeminster Estate

FROM M1 SOUTH
Exit at junction 9,
Take the A5 towards Dunstable
When you reach the traffic lights at the crossroads in the centre of Dunstable
Turn right & continue until you see the Hungry horse pub on the right,
Turn left into Dukeminster Estate
